I found this fun product for setting up a seating chart.
FYI... It does not allow for table spacing so check with your venue to make sure you have not gone over the venues capacity.

Sunday in the Park with our Seating Charts!

Here are those pictures from our little table arranging party that we had in the front yard of our building. amazing how a little bit of wine, a few circle and square coasters and a couple of drum sticks can help make figuring out the arrangements that much easier!
We were done in less than 2 hours!
