Totus Tuus is the greatest quality/price sparkling wine in the world. This is the first Spanish "traditionnelle methode" that I have tasted over the last three decades that is reminiscent of a well balanced Champagne. From the density of its bubbles to the depth and clarity of the nose to the weight and gentleness of the taste. Pure, clean and refined. A true find.
